CAMPO VIEJO ROSÉ SPRITZ

Add colour to any occasion with this deliciously fun, easy-drinking cocktail. Made with Campo Viejo Cava Brut Rosé, grapefruit juice and a rich, explosion of crème de cassis – Campo Viejo Rosé Spritz is going to be on everybody’s lips for the holiday season and beyond.

INGREDIENTS

Units: Metric | Imperial(US)
  • 1½ oz. or 45ml Lillet* 1 oz. or 30ml 1½ oz. or 45ml Lillet* 1 oz. or 30mlPink grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz. or 15ml ½ oz. or 15mlCrème de cassis or blackcurrant syrup
  • 3 oz. or 90ml 3 oz. or 90ml Campo Viejo Cava Brut Rosé
  • Ice
  • Blueberries
  • Pink grapefruit

METHOD

Add Lillet Rosé, grapefruit juice and blackcurrant syrup into a large wine glass with plenty of ice or one large ice cube.

Top with Campo Viejo Cava Brut Rosé and get the party started in style.

Sprinkle with mixed fresh blueberries and a sliver of pink grapefruit. Serve immediately, savour at your leisure.
